Mi Salon Hosts Educational Event for Clients
Celebrity Stylist, Edward Teitel Headlines
December 7, 2009 — Mi Salon Spa recently hosted an educational event to teach clients how to create up-to-date styles at home on a daily basis. In association with Hai Elite, manufacturer of high end beauty tools, and Sebastian Professional Hair Care, the event was a huge success.
Edward Teitel, headliner of the event, boasts an impressive resume: A stylist for the Grammys, Academy Awards, Emmys, Daytime Emmys, Playboy Events; world class educator, photographer and fashion designer; his work graces the pages of Vogue, Allure, Elle, Harpers Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, InStyle, Sports Illustrated and many more; winner of over 75 national and international awards for hairstyling excellence, youngest person inducted into California’s Hairdressers Hall of Fame and selected to Team NaHa four times.
Teitel showcased Hai Elite tools such as the Nano XT Flat Iron, rOD, tONG, HAIonic Dryer, and Flat Iron Fluid as well as a complete line of styling products from Sebastian Hair Care. Clients learned how to properly flat iron hair, create curls with a flat iron, create finger waves with the tONG, produce beautiful spiral curls with the rOD, stitch hair together with its own strands replacing the need for pins and so much more. Clients left this one-of-a-kind event with the confidence to recreate on their own.
