Booking Salon Appointments
Peak hours are often late afternoons and Saturdays, so book as far in advance as possible in order to ensure getting the particular time, day, and stylist you want. It’s easiest to accommodate you during off-peak hours, which are often in the mornings and mid-week.
When to Arrive
As much as we would like, we cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. In most cases, we will have to reschedule you or possibly abbreviate the intended services.
Mi Salon Spa accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please note we do not accept checks.
Gratuity is not included in the price of services. If you are satisfied with your service, a 15% to 20% tip is customary. Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk, or it can be included on your credit card or personal check payment.
If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right! Our primary objective is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.
We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. In the event that a scheduled service provider is unable to work, Mi Salon Spa will do everything possible to accommodate your wishes. This could result in rescheduling the appointment to another date/time or rescheduling you with another service provider. In all cases, we want to ensure that your desires are met!
Product Returns or Exchanges
We will gladly accept any retail product return for store credit so long as the return is within 60 days of purchase and is more than ¾ full.
Due to insurance regulations, our younger guests that are not receiving service must remain in the lobby. Due to safety and insurance reasons, children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Thank you for your understanding.
